Relocation and accommodation

When employees and their families move to Serbia, accommodation is the first issue to resolve. We handle it from start to finish — from finding a property to settling into a new city.

What we handle

Selection before arrival: We agree the criteria with you — location, budget, apartment size and proximity to work or school — and prepare a selection for the employee before they arrive.
A contract without an extra trip: We negotiate with the owner, check the terms and coordinate signing, so the employee does not have to travel ahead of time just for this.
The first day in the apartment: Handover, meters, keys and everything the apartment needs before someone moves in.
Residence registration and paperwork: We guide the employee through local requirements and deadlines so that administration does not encroach on their first week at work.
Connections and accounts: Internet, phone, utilities and banking — things that are hard to find time for when starting a new job.
The family moving with them: School or nursery, and the practical matters that influence whether they stay beyond a single contract.
After moving in: One point of contact for anything that comes up, instead of having to turn to you.
