Owning a property brings responsibilities that do not end after purchase or letting. Communicating with tenants, arranging repairs, keeping track of obligations and handling everyday matters can take considerable time — especially when the owner cannot be there in person.

- Arranging necessary repairs and other work

## For owners who cannot be there every day

Property management is particularly valuable when the owner lives in another city or abroad, owns several properties or simply does not want to take on the daily responsibilities of ownership.

Rather than requiring the owner’s direct involvement in every matter, Elpida handles local coordination and communication while the owner retains oversight and control of the property.

Our relationship with the owner does not have to end when the contract is signed. Where needed, we remain involved after completion so that the property is properly looked after and issues are addressed promptly.
