The website is operated by **ELPIDA SOLUTIONS**, a real estate agency with its registered office at Gornji Ribnik 2, Trstenik, Serbia, company registration number 68537851, tax identification number (PIB) 115664509.

The agency is entered in the Register of Brokers in the Sale and Lease of Real Estate maintained by the Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Serbia, under number 2204.

## What this website is — and is not

The website is **informational**: it presents the agency’s services and how we work.

The website’s content **is not an offer** and does not, in itself, constitute brokerage services.

**A brokerage relationship arises only when a separate written brokerage agreement is concluded** for the sale or lease of real estate, in accordance with the Serbian Law on Brokerage in the Sale and Lease of Real Estate. Until that agreement is concluded, nothing on this website binds either you or us.

The website does not display property listings or enable contracts to be concluded online.
